Technology systems. Physical infrastructure. Institutional capital. Three disciplines that converge at exactly the moment AI infrastructure demands them most.
Alan brings 15+ years of experience in tech company founding, startup execution, revenue growth, and exit. He has demonstrated the ability to scale technology businesses to multi-million dollar revenue within compressed timeframes — without sacrificing execution quality.
His deep experience integrating technology systems with physical infrastructure buildout — including facility launch and physical space development in the life sciences industry — is directly applicable to Fullscale's model. Alan leads overall venture strategy, site development, and go-to-market execution with one conviction: execution speed is the only metric that matters to customers who can't afford to wait.
Marc has 25+ years in physical location management and execution — a proven, on-the-ground track record in large-scale facility and personnel management. He founded a company in the health and safety field, managing multi-state physical locations and overseeing the technical implementation of heavy equipment and infrastructure across locations.
That operational experience — standing up complex physical operations across multiple sites, on time and on budget — is exactly the core execution challenge at Fullscale. Marc owns the full build and delivery stack: manufacturing, supply chain, site deployment, and commissioning. He is the reason customers get what they were promised, when they were promised it.
Brian brings a 30+ year Wall Street career spanning Lehman Brothers, JP Morgan, Bank of America, Jefferies, and Locust Walk. His roles have covered Fixed Income Trading, Equity Sales, Global Sales & Trading (where he scaled a $150M equity business to a $3B run rate over 10 years), Global Capital Markets, Investment Banking, and Corporate Access.
Brian has taken 800+ companies public and executed transactions for 300+ additional companies. His deal experience spans Series A through crossover rounds, public offerings, secondaries, debt financings, M&A, licensing, and JVs on US and international exchanges including London, Japan, Israel, and Singapore. For the past 8 years, Brian has focused exclusively on early-stage private companies — bringing the institutional relationships and financial architecture Fullscale needs to scale at speed.
Fullscale is actively structuring capacity commitments. The window is open — not indefinitely.
