FS-1 · Flagship Campus · Eastern US

Methodical scale. Earned trust.

FS-1 is Fullscale's flagship campus — purpose-built for the tenants hyperscalers can't reach and most developers won't bother with. Source-flexible power. Modular build. Single point of accountability. Scale earned by delivery, not by announcement.

Site Architecture

A repeatable block model.

FS-1 is built around modular blocks sized for the customer — each tenant deployment configured to its actual workload. Each block is independent — its own power allocation, cooling, white space, and connectivity. Blocks add as tenants commit, without disturbing the blocks already running.

This is methodical, not announced. We don't promise gigawatts on a glossy timeline. We prove the model with real tenants, real deliveries, real uptime. Growth follows execution.

The campus has room to scale, but every expansion is gated by demonstrated trust. The right land plus speed-to-power gives us the optionality to grow. The decision to grow is earned, block by block.

How It Grows

Trust first. Then scale.

Phase I · Active
Live blocks.
Tenant deployments going live now. Modular blocks built against site power that's already available. Real customers, real uptime, real execution. Status: in delivery.
Phase II · Earned
Tenant-led growth.
Additional blocks added against the same campus infrastructure as tenant demand commits and capacity proves out. Growth on the same power and fiber backbone, sequenced to delivered trust.
Phase III · Replicated
The platform travels.
FS-1 proves the playbook. The same operating model, the same modular blocks, the same speed-to-power discipline applied to additional sites — each one a flagship for its region.

Why FS-1

Every decision intentional.

01 · Power
Available, not promised.
FS-1 was selected on the substation map first. Behind-the-meter primary energization with strategic utility alignment from day one. We don't market sites as power-ready until the commitment is real.
02 · Modular
Same block, repeated.
Every block is built the same way. Add capacity without disrupting operations. The architecture lets us match each tenant's specific deployment without rebuilding the system around them.
03 · Bespoke
Configured to the customer.
Tenants don't want a colocation slot. They want infrastructure that fits the workload they're actually running. Every block is configured to the customer's specifications and deployed faster than the hardware curve moves.
04 · Refresh
Built for the curve.
AI hardware generations arrive every 12–18 months. Modular build means tenants swap blocks, not facilities. Infrastructure stays current without stranded investment.

Capacity is being structured now.

FS-1 capacity commitments are open. Early partners shape the platform. This window does not stay open indefinitely.
